You and a friend can experience the fun of flying in the Aerial Sling, the circus tricks of Aerial Hoop or the Relaxation of Aerial Yoga. Maybe you want to challenge yourself and build a core of steel doing Pole Fitness. Somatic Stress Relief can help you manage your stress and anxiety and relieve chronic tension, whilst improving posture and flexibility. Or if you’d rather build a body that’s life proof, try a PT session to improve balance, coordination, core control and dexterity.
